1. About UsYOLO STAY Holiday Homes L.L.C. is a licensed Holiday Homes Operator in Dubai, UAE, providing short-let property management, interior design, investment property acquisition, and renovation services.
2. Acceptance of TermsBy using yolostay.ae or our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
3. ServicesWe offer property management, short-term rentals, real estate investment consultancy, renovations, and interior design. Specific terms for each service will be agreed upon separately in writing with the client.
4. BookingsReservations made through partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to the terms of those platforms, in addition to our own house rules.
5. Property Owner SubmissionsBy submitting your property details via the "List Your Property" form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the legal right to list the property.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by YOLO STAY or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, YOLO STAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Services.
8. External LinksThe Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
