Owner fees · Dubai

Clear fees. Every dirham explained.

One management fee, set by how your home is rented. No onboarding fee. A statement every month, and every expense with its receipt in the owner app.

Management fee

Three rates, one rule.

The rate depends on how your home is rented and how many homes you trust us with. It is written in your contract and shown on every monthly statement.

20%

Short stays

Bookings under 30 nights: frequent check-ins, cleaning turnovers and guest messaging around the clock.

17%

Two homes or more

When we manage two or more of your homes, short stays in each are managed at 17%.

15%

Monthly stays

Bookings of 30 nights or more: fewer turnovers, so a lower fee.

How the fee works

We earn when your home earns.

The fee is a share of the month’s result: what your home earned, minus that month’s running costs. Not a share of gross bookings.

If a month ends below zero, we take nothing, and the balance carries into the next month.

What is included

What the fee covers.

Everything it takes to run the home day to day is in the fee. Costs that belong to the property itself stay with the owner, and each one shows in the app with its receipt.

  • Pricing that follows demand, day by day
  • Guest screening, messaging around the clock and check-in

  • Utilities, internet and service charges

FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. Photos, listings and launching your home cost AED 0.

Which fee applies to my home?

20% for short stays. 17% when we manage two or more of your homes. 15% for bookings of 30 nights or more. Your rate is written in your contract.

Do you charge a fee in a month with a loss?

No. The fee is a share of the month’s result: what your home earned minus that month’s running costs. If a month ends below zero, there is no fee and the balance carries into the next month.

Who pays the DET licence and insurance?

The owner, like utilities and service charges. This is standard practice for holiday home operators in Dubai.

How do I see my income and costs?

You get a statement every month, and the YOLO STAY app shows your bookings, income and every expense with its receipt.

Can I stay in my own home?

Yes. We agree the dates you use the home in advance.
