We use enquiry information to respond to booking requests, discuss property-management services, operate and improve our website, and understand which marketing channels bring enquiries. Property-management enquiries are recorded in our CRM; booking enquiries are sent to our team’s Telegram channel.

Sharing and storage

We share information only with service providers needed to operate these processes, including WordPress hosting, Bitrix24 for property-management leads, Telegram for booking notifications, and Google Analytics when analytics cookies are accepted. We do not sell personal information.
