These terms apply to enquiries and services provided through yolostay.ae by YOLO STAY HOLIDAY HOMES LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Enquiries and availability

Submitting a form does not create a booking, inspection appointment or service agreement. We confirm availability, scope, timing and any applicable price directly with you.

Snagging offer

The 1 AED snagging offer applies only when a YOLO STAY property-management or furnishing contract is signed. Without a signed contract, the inspection is charged at the full standard price communicated before the service is confirmed.

Service agreements

Where a service is confirmed, its specific quotation, scope of work and signed agreement take priority over these website terms.
